时代少儿国际公司 召开“创新大讨论”专题会

为积极贯彻落实集团“创新大讨论”工作部署及时代少儿集团“双创”工作要求,全面推进时代少儿国际公司经营模式和管理模式的创新工作,近日,时代少儿国际公司组织全体人员召开了“创新大讨论”专题会议。

会议重点围绕“做什么”和“怎么做”两个核心问题展开讨论,通过谈创新、提思路、找方法、提举措等方式,进一步强调“双创”工作的必要性和重要性。通过讨论,大家一致认为没有创新就没有发展,没有创新就没有未来,不仅要知创新,更要敢创新、想创新,“双创”工作要作为一项长期的工作贯穿于企业发展的始终。

唯创新不止步,作为时代少儿集团新成立的全资子公司,时代少儿国际公司始终把创新理念作为推进企业发展的动力,经过一段时间的深度调研、走访和接洽,初步确定IP形象衍生开发及运营、国际文化交流、国际品牌运营三大业务板块。目前,这三大业务板块均已正式启动,并已初显成效。在IP形象授权板块,目前正在合作的IP形象主要有美国迪士尼及正在接洽的英国小猪佩奇。通过对IP衍生业务的不断开发与试水,逐步实现从衍生开发向资本运营的突破转型;在国际文化交流板块,随着首届中欧青少年艺术节的正式启动,该板块将作为安徽出版集团文化“走出去”的一个重要平台和窗口;在国际品牌运营板块,通过和其他两大业务板块的相互联动,利用逐渐掌握的国际一手资源,适时引进国外知名少儿品牌,力争做到从品牌合作向品牌经营的升级转型。( 作者:葛晓燕

                                                                                                                                                           


Time Children International held a seminar on innovative work


In order to promote Time Children International’s innovative work on business model and management model, the company held a seminar on innovative work in recent days.

At the seminar, a discussion was carried out on “what to do” and “how to do” and all the members agreed that there is no development and future without innovation. Innovation should be a long-term work throughout company’s development.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Time Children Group, Time Children International always put innovation as a driving force to promote company’s development. Time Children International mainly engages in three areas, that is, IP derivatives, international culture exchange and international brands operation. These three areas havereached initial success. As for IP derivatives, we are now cooperating with the Walt Disney and the IP of Peppa Pig has been in talks. As for international culture exchange, the start of the first EU-China Youth Art Festival marks that it will become an important platform for Anhui Publishing Group’s “going out” culture strategy. As for international brands operation, through interaction with other two areas and makes use of international resources, it will import international renowned children’s brands and make transformation from brand cooperation to brand operation.
